Communications Officer

Min Doktor is leading the digitalisation of primary health care. We aim for high quality in everything we do, and learn a lot in the process. This means that we share our insights, learn from others and discuss issues that concern us and all actors involved, in meetings with decision makers, at conferences, fairs, seminars and through media. We are now hiring a Communications Officer to support the work behind the scene.

What you will be doing

This is a full time position reporting to Head of Corporate Communications.

The role contains internal and external communications duties with the purpose to increase company growth by strengthening Min Doktor as an employer and as a trusted healthcare provider. The target groups and markets varies from B2C to B2B, from Sweden to other countries, from doctors to employees and key opinion holders, politicians and patients.

The following activities are merely examples of daily work and should not be seen as excluding other activities: administrative duties, production of articles and editorials to media, coordinate influencer activities, update web sites, produce informative material for all depts, planning and organising internal communication and meetings together with HR, as well as external exhibitions and conferences, media monitoring, research of data, information and enquiries supporting our messages.

The candidate of our dreams

You need to be an excellent copy/writer in Swedish and preferably also in English, you are creative have worked a few years with similar duties at a company or as pr consultant, it would be great if you also have experience from working in a startup/growth company, and or within the healthcare sector.

You are organised and can handle working with those who are not. For the benefit of the brand, activities and messages are often discussed with, produced in cooperation with or aligned with other Team Leads as well as our agencies, one of them being the PR-agency of the year, New Republic.

The job is to be carried out from the main office in Malmö. Travelling may occur, primarily in relation to exhibitions or conferences. Although we strive to work office hours there are occasional activity in media (also social media) that this position is expected to tend to at other times of the day.
