Do you want to make care more accessible and effective for patients as well as healthcare professionals? My Doctor / Docly offers patients with primary care a quick and easy contact with healthcare professionals no matter where they are. We are currently looking for a medical quality assurance officer for our quality department to continue developing our quality management system both nationally and internationally.

My Doctor's Quality Department is responsible for ensuring that My Doctor / Docly meets the requirements of a registered healthcare provider in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This means that we have a quality management system with appropriate guidelines and procedures for us, that we work systematically to handle deviations and complaints, risk analysis, self-monitoring and continuous improvement work. In addition to meeting the legal requirements, we have as vision and goal that our digital care will offer even higher quality than physical care.

My Doctor is an established healthcare provider in Sweden, facing an expansion in other countries, which means that we now need to expand our team.

What should you do

As a member of the team, you will participate in a variety of activities in order for My Doctor / Docly to provide good care of high quality, both nationally and internationally. As we are digital care providers that break new ground in the health care system, the quality work also consists of creating and implementing new procedures and guidelines for digital care. We also conduct quality work to follow applicable quality indicators and engage us in developing new indicators that reflect digital care.

In your assignment you will:

  • Together with medical advisors and other professions, continuously implement and update guidelines and practices in My Doctor's / Docly's Quality Management System.
  • Continuously evaluate the quality of service and care My Doctor / Docly provides and find improvement areas. Analyzing statistical data is a central part of this.
  • Investigate and document deviations and complaints. This is also a key part of your work to reduce risks and work with continuous improvements.
  • Compile and interpret legislation to ensure that My Doctor's activities comply with laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with and develop medical medical quality in the company's international part / Docly

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we prefer you to have a medical background. It is also important that you have solid experience in working with quality work and follow-up, preferably in Swedish healthcare.

It is a preferable if you have worked with the following:

  • Deviations, complaints and comments as well as improvement work.
  • Has experience in quality assurance work in medical technology.
  • Have knowledge of risk analysis work, preferably according to ISO Standard 14971.
  • Has experience in working in companies that hold ISO 13485 certification.

As a person, you are analytical and careful. You will have a sense of detail and at the same time be able to see the whole.

  • You will work in close cooperation with people from different parts of the company, such as support staff, program developer, doctor and therefore it is important that you have good communication skills and can easily adapt to new situations and groups.
  • You are looking forward to the challenge it involves finding ways to interpret rules and regulations that are not yet adapted to digital healthcare.
  • You are used to documentation and writing reports
  • You have very good knowledge of the English language.
